I am finally able to say that I am starting to recover from my latest surgery, I am still very stiff and sore... and really really swollen. I get very tired quickly but have a great group of friends and family who are a big help (mostly my loving husband who has turned out to be a fantastic nurse)!
November 2000 - Thyroid Cancer Surgery, Thyroid and Lymph Nodes removed
September 2010 - Metastatic Thyroid Cancer (thyroid cancer cells that spread and grew on a lymph node) on a Lymph Node, unable to remove with surgery
January 2011 - Try number 2 to remove above mentioned Cancer... awaiting results
